GAC 5/5 stars customer service.
Now about the product, it's a nice statue, nice sculpt, quality paintjob, however there is an huge conception issue, the statue started to bend over in only a week of display, the resin used for the legs is too flexible and with the current heat it's not helping...
Another problem is that Nami's stick is made of metal and it's heavy! In the end there is too much weight on the front, the stick should have been made with a ligher material like ABS.
Other things i didn't like are the eyes position, Nami has a little strabism if you hide one eye and look where the other one is facing it's visible.
The bikini is cheap, the strings cannot slide, the ajusting is limited and look flat and not natural in the end.I don't care about cast off clothes personnaly and i'm glad Green leaf give us the choice with their future Ada Wong statue.
In the end she's back in her box to avoid further bending, planning to sell her soon :/
