Hey you all fellow anime & games statue enthusiasts! We are a small group that shares the same passion as you and in here we will try to address all questions about our partnership products! Below are some quick clarifications to some of the questions we've been asked.
1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SELL & SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO?
We are based in Singapore and we sell locally but we do also provide worldwide shipping to the enthusiasts oversea that wants to own these beautiful statues collectibles.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We are currently working with Partial.ly for all of our products payments, simply sign up an account with Partial.ly and you will be able to purchase any item at our website with great flexibility in choosing a option that suits you the best.
PayPal is currently NOT an payment option at G.A.C, we are looking to integrate it into our website in the future.
As a customer, you have the option to choose the shipping option that works best for you. The option that you choose and the destination of the order determines the cost of your shipping as well as the length of time it will take to get your order. All shipping times are dependent on product availability.
Please note that transit time refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches. All shipping options come with tracking for you to keep track of your parcel online.
Item will only be shipped to stated address indicated by buyer under Shipping Address. For changing of address due to whatever reason, G.A.C will refund your deposit / full payment and you will be asked to complete the payment under the new address via PayPal within 7 Days starting from the day of refund made. Failure to response will result in immediate forfeit of reservation and items will be relisted for sales.
4. CUSTOMS CHARGES
G.A.C does not charge any customs duties on overseas shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
5. STOCK AVAILABILITY
We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.
